FOR PARTNERSHIP TEAMS

Explore what AI could change in your partnership work

Partnership work depends on understanding the relationship, making decisions, and getting people to follow through. We help you identify where AI could contribute, develop a practical way to use it, and learn how to direct and improve the work.

The examples below show what has come out of our own ideation and development. They are starting points for exploration, not a fixed set of products you need to buy.

Our six-slide presentation introduces two applications: maintaining partnership context with a Second Brain, and using a planning tool to examine a plan against current evidence. See how we approached these problems and consider what similar work might look like in your team.

Allan developed the methods through consulting and managing partner relationships. Critique and repeated testing improved both the work and the team's ability to direct AI.

Both examples are free-to-download controlled alphas, not products for sale. They are separate and do not exchange information or synchronize. Their intended benefits still need testing in your work.

Example 1: Partnership Second Brain

Maintaining the relationship's working context

We applied the Second Brain method to the problem of rebuilding partnership context between conversations. This alpha maintains an approved record of evidence, decisions, commitments, and open questions that people can revisit and update.

Evidence informs decisions and commitments in a private Partnership Brain, preserving context for the next work cycle.
Carry the relationship forward: evidence, decisions, and commitments stay connected.

It illustrates how maintained context can support preparation and follow-through. People review material changes; source systems remain authoritative. It is not a replacement CRM or an automatically synchronized database.

The one-partner alpha is available for ChatGPT/Codex and Claude. Wider group and ecosystem settings remain future work.

Example 2: Partnership planning tool

Using evidence to decide what to do next

We developed a separate alpha to examine an approved partnership plan, the latest quarterly business review (QBR), and current evidence. It surfaces changed assumptions and missing information, then prepares a proposed next action for a person to challenge and authorize.

Illustration of a gap between the business plan and QBR, with partnership information spread across business systems.
The gap this tool addresses when partnership context is fragmented. This is a problem illustration, not a claim that every organization or existing system has this gap.

It illustrates how AI can support plan review without taking over the decision. The tool does not connect to live CRM or PRM systems and does not depend on the Partnership Second Brain.

The planning alpha is available for ChatGPT; a separate Claude package is not yet released.

What could we develop around your partnership work?

You do not need to use either example. Start with the responsibilities, decisions, and results that matter to your team. We can explore where AI could help, what context and tools the work needs, and how you and your team would learn to direct it.

Any working engagement is agreed separately. Share only information you are authorized to discuss.
